Ingredients:
- 100grms of mushrooms (such as button, cremini, or shiitake), sliced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on mushrooms to taste.
- Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
- If desired, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mushrooms and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves
