Ingredients:
- 50 grams Bajra flour
- 15 grams sesame seed powder
- 20 grams flaxseed powder
- 15 grams coconut powder
- 2.5ml oil
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Bajra flour, sesame seed powder, flaxseed powder, and coconut powder.
- Gradually add water to the mixture and knead it into a smooth dough. Set the dough aside for 15-20 minutes to rest.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls.
- Roll out each ball into a roti, ensuring even thickness.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and place the roti on it.
- Cook the roti with minimal oil on both sides until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Repeat the process for the remaining roti's.
