Ingredients:
- Tofu - 70 grams
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander leaves - 25 grams, chopped
Procedure:
- Cut the tofu into small cubes or desired shapes. Pat dry the tofu using a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
- Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Gently add the tofu to the pan and sauté, turning occasionally, until it turns golden brown on all sides, for about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle the black pepper, salt, and coriander powder over the tofu. Stir well to evenly coat the tofu with the spices. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove the pan from heat and transfer the sautéed tofu to a serving dish.
- Garnish the tofu with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Serve the sautéed tofu hot as a side dish or as a protein-rich addition to salads, stir-fries, or rice bowls.
