Ingredients:
- 70 grams Bottle Gourd (Lauki), peeled and diced
- Small bunch of fresh mint leaves (pudina), chopped
- Salt or kala namak, to taste
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon methi powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Directions:
- Place the diced Bottle Gourd and chopped mint leaves into a juicer.
- Run the juicer until all the juice is extracted.
- If desired, you can add a little more water to the juicer
- Pour the Bottle Gourd and mint juice into a jug.
- Add salt, cinnamon powder, turmeric powder, methi powder, black pepper powder, and the juice from the lemon.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Serve the Bottle Gourd and mint smoothie the first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
